My responsibilities include acquiring and estimating all new work for the Design Dept. Assisting Client’s Lead designer with Yearly Budgets. Performing employee interviews, evaluations and layoffs. Preparing daily timesheets, weekly bill packs and weekly activity reports to and for the Client. Maintaining site vehicles.

My responsibilities include acquiring and estimating all new work for the Design Department. Prioritizing and delegating workload to our team of 6 to 12 Designer/Cad Operators. Monitored all work performed for Quality, Constructability and Efficiency. Assisted the Clients Lead Designer in all interviews of potential employees and layoffs as workload increased/decreased.

Center City Philadelphia

My responsibility was to complete the Production Design phase for an Anti-Fungal Fermenter addition to its sister cGMP Fermentation project that was already in late stages of design. This task involved refining the piping layout in the cGMP Fermenter building to incorporate the new vessel. I then added the new fermenter and routed all of its process and service piping, along with redesigning the steam lock systems for the other cGMP fermenters. I finished this effort by generating GA’s using the Draft module and producing fabrication iso’s.
