I graduated from the University of Warwick in 2020 with a BSc in Physics (2.1). My specialism was in condensed matter physics, and my final year research project was on next generation solar cell technology. My interests lie in science, technology, and computing, and how we can use these to achieve net zero and reduce our impact on the natural world. I do not yet know which direction I want to take my career, but I do know that I want to work with integrity and ethics at the heart of what I do.The experience I've acquired through volunteering has given me strong communication and team working skills, which have both served as a good foundation in my working life. My time at Caffè Nero has only strengthed these skills, and I have also been developing my management and leadership skills there.
