In this role I design entire network solutions and internal IT system for public schools while working closely with the Department for Education (DfE). This includes entire switch fleet refreshes, server remediations, backups remediations and general IT site audits. Along with this, I also meet with large interstate clients for similar requested works in the primate business sector.

This role include the management of a global helpdesk team of technicians and analyst located in Australia, US, England, Israel, and Canada, Wales.Being in Australia my responsibility is to maintain the IT systems and infrastructure in the APAC region include two sites in Australia, 1 in Hong Kong, 1 in Taiwan, and feild staff in China, and Korea. Systems and infrastructure include: Servers, switches, routers, firewalls, access points, antivirus, desktop and laptop support, and software support.I am also part of the management team for the Australian sites meaning my responsibility are also the general management of the australian sites.

As a Level 3 and escalation point I dealt with high level problems under very strict timelines and high pressure. I delivered high quality of work and finished goals in allotted times.I was also responsible for several large projects include relocation of an entire virtual and physical environment from one premise to another include VM relocation to new infrastructure.
