As a helpdesk technician at Bristol Tennessee Essential Services (BTES), I provide technical support and customer service to the users of the company's network, systems, and applications. I troubleshoot and resolve issues and maintain documentation and records of service requests and solutions.I am also a computer science student at East Tennessee State University, where I am learning the fundamentals and applications of programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. I have an associate's degree in network systems administration from ITT Technical Institute-Richardson, where I gained hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructures and security protocols. I have a passion for IT, programming, networking, and cybersecurity, and I enjoy designing and developing managed solutions and applications for businesses and freelance individuals who want to leverage the benefits of technology without the hassle. My goal is to advance my skills and knowledge in these domains and to pursue a career in IT or software development that allows me to create innovative and impactful solutions for diverse and challenging problems.
