- Responsible for the management and completion of the Husky FSB – FEB, an accommodation module and miscellaneous buildings for the West White Rose Project

- Responsible for the management and overall delivery of the Stampede Living Quarters, a 70 man accommodation module for HESS.- Managed a team of Kiewit personnel and ten subcontractors in the execution of the work.- Developed project specific safety and quality plans. Completed the project in 375,000 man-hours with zero recordable injuries.- Created initial project budget and schedule. Developed RFP’s and negotiated contracts with subcontractors.- Responsible for cost forecasting and monthly reporting.- Maintained positive relationship with client. Responsible for weekly reporting and client meeting.

- Managed a team of field engineers in the identification, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of remaining structural and mechanical scopes.

-Responsible for the integration scope for the Olympus TLP topsides.-Coordinate with client team in preparation for the lift-and-set of topside modules (22,000 tons).-Manage schedules and deliverables to meet final project milestones. -Schedule yard resources, subcontractors, and bulkhead space to ensure contractual sail-away date.

-Responsible for the structural fabrication scope for the Olympus TLP Topsides project.-Planned operations to guarantee adequate manpower and sufficient equipment for fabrication activities.-Managed the fabrication of plate girders for all five topside modules.-Directed the lofting department in the creation of CNC files for steel plate cutting.-Responsible for daily progress and reporting quantities.-Created and managed operation specific schedules, along with maintaining timelines for 3-week, 90 day and overall project schedules.-Created work plan packages for module deck fabrication and their components, detailing safety, quality, and sequencing requirements.-Interfaced with client team on a daily basis providing necessary information and support.-Responsible for preparing and leading pre-production meetings attended by superintendents and client team.-Responsible for the creation, submittal, and client approval of RFIs.-Prepared safety and quality fliers for all operations.-Attended morning safety meetings with craft and provided feedback.

-Responsible for material scope for the Olympus TLP Topsides project. -Completed 12,000 ton initial steel order within a two month period.-Interfaced with steel mills and suppliers to ensure material specifications were met.-Managed a three person team during the material ordering process.-Organized and managed plate steel offloading from shipping vessels.
