Daniel partnered with team members to manage grant outcomes, track expenditures, and acted as a force multiplier for his colleagues. He places an emphasis on social equity, clear communication, process optimization, efficiency, and automation. Daniel graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Clemson University. His last major work at Clemson was being the project creator and lead for the Veterans History Project. He created the instructional materials that were used to train and assess student's ability to conduct video interviews with combat veterans, as well as collect over a dozen interviews himself. Through the Creative Inquiry program at Clemson University, he was able to manage the acquisition over $7,000 of equipment.
