i have been in the industry since i left school, moving into groundworks i have worked my way up the ladder from labourer to site manager.i have been lucky enough to have worked on many varied contracts in my time from small builds and refurbs to large concrete frame projects, including all aspects of groundworks and civils.i am comfortable working as a supervisor or as a site manager controlling works on site, completing company paperwork, maintaining and managing quality assurance, and liasing with contractors and clients alike.I am ambitious person,I crave knowledge from the industry and am hoping to achieve ciob accreditation in the future, and possibly increasing my responsibilities and becoming a project manager in the future.i am an honest and upfront person, hard working, punctual, a good communicator, dilligent, and a reflective learner.
