My work in Urban Circle has been one of the best and most fulfilling parts of my life. Since joining the organization in 2017, I have organized countless events and helped build various relationships with different partners, sponsors, and artists. We have earned multiple awards for outstanding community work and have a great reputation in our area. My work with them is varying, but my main duties include:-Managing the organization at a senior level, requires strong communication and social skills.-Operating the social media pages and creating posts to generate buzz and interest around our events.-Managing our newer teams, teaching them how the organization works, and making sure their individual skills are utilized-Collecting feedback and opinions and relaying the information to the teams via presentations and meetings. Essentially, acting as a bridge between the community and the organization.-Communicating with our existing partners/sponsors to maintain relationships, as well as reaching out to new people to build bridges.-Creating marketing material and strategies to ensure our work is as publically visible and appealing as possible.-Organising and coordinating events (both free public functions and private, paid events) that have brought thousands of people together.-Writing press releases and grant applications-Working as a team with a variety of people and cooperating regardless of differences in character

I worked full-time for Admiral Group. I was an Inbound Sales Agent, meaning I spent all day answering phone calls from customers. My main duties included:-Constantly being active on the phones, listening to customers' queries and concerns.-Fixing any issues customers are having.-Upselling products to ensure the customer is getting the best value possible, as well as keeping company profits high.-Providing great customer service, meaning my customer feedback scores are among the highest in my area.-Using my subject expertise to answer any questions that customers may have.-Logging and managing frontline complaints.-Working against daily sales targets, which I consistently reach and have some of the highest statistics in my department.
