Created immersive, engaging scenes in audio through the use of sound design, and sourced clips and sound effects for show segments that enhanced episodes while adhering to fair use laws.- Created and refined key audio and video production workflows used by the entire multimedia division, allowing production teams to reduce staffing and save money while concurrently publishing audio and video episodes of our podcasts. Created and maintained technical guidance and standards for use by audio engineers and producers within the multimedia division. Managed a stable of three contract audio engineers along with several additional freelancers. Arranged coverage when engineers took time off and filled openings with qualified staff at market rates.
