Responsible for the Citroën's brand worldwide demand and supply program for new cars, managing a team of 6 supply programmers.Responsibilities:- Receiving, reviewing & getting sign-off on sales forecasts, market fluctuations, product plan and launches, new business opportunities, and internal supply constraints -- all of which are used to develop the regional’s supply plans, by month, for a rolling 4 months period.- Providing manufacturing plants a production request to… Show more Responsible for the Citroën's brand worldwide demand and supply program for new cars, managing a team of 6 supply programmers.Responsibilities:- Receiving, reviewing & getting sign-off on sales forecasts, market fluctuations, product plan and launches, new business opportunities, and internal supply constraints -- all of which are used to develop the regional’s supply plans, by month, for a rolling 4 months period.- Providing manufacturing plants a production request to satisfy worldwide Citroën’s customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory.- Coordinating closely with regional supply planning teams to ensure supply plans meet each region’s sales requirement.- Allocating and validating a rolling 4 months Supply Plan by country, for the whole range of Citroen's new cars, by taking into consideration production capacity, sales forecast, historical sales, product availability, and new business opportunities.- Determining the desired inventory levels for new cars, including pipeline stock and safety stock levels, to achieve the inventory levels targeted by the financial plan.- Coordinating with Marketing and New Product Operations teams to set launch quantities and to ensure smooth product transitions and supply deadlines match with the overall launch planning.- Supporting the S&OP process meetings to review service levels, performance against schedule, inventory strategy, supply plan to meet demand, and resource implications.
