WHAT I DO: I grow, and position pharmaceutical brand portfolios aligned with regional and global market dynamics and defining strategies and tactics translating them into plans that add value to the business.WHY IT WORKS: I started my career as a sales representative over 20 years ago. I quickly escalated into Brand Manager position where I had the opportunity to learn the basics of the business, and the impact decisions had on results, managing multiple brands. I managed the largest 4 brands in the country for two years, maintaining the leadership of the brand even while generics entered the market. Prior to my experience as the Global Marketing and Commercial Development Manager for Pfizer, I was the Country Portfolio Lead for Rare Diseases which allowed me to lead an extremely diverse portfolio under one umbrella. This experience pushed me beyond any traditional role because the nature of the business invited me to develop a non-traditional business model and, at the same time, it encouraged me to work particularly close to the community. My most recent experience has been with Incyte as the US product strategy consumer lead where I have deepened the importance of customer insights to drive differentiation; and I have also managed digital marketing projects. I am passionate about seeing the positive impact of the work I do on a day-to-day basis, as well as changing people's lives for the better.
