• Searching for conveyance language, percentage of ownership, and possible exceptions and/or reservations. • Providing a typed Detail Orientated report using Flow charts and Runsheet’s outlining vesting language, exceptions or reservations in the chain of ownership over a 150 year period. All reports utilized Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. • Utilizing Net Deed plotter and Greenbrier Graphics to map out parcels of land as they develop over the years.

• Establishing a clear chain of title pertaining to a specific Tax parcel number.• Reviewing prior Mortgages Abstracts and updating information to present. • Reviewing Deeds and Mortgage documents for Rights of Way, current O&G leases effecting the Property.• Writing detailed reports regarding any outstanding Clouds in Title.• Creating a flow chart to track the progress of the Chain of Title.

• Establishing a solid Chain of Title by reading all applicable, Deeds, Estates, Rights of way and Leases • Completing a chain of title for heirs and HBP title work while looking for conveyance language, percentage of ownership, and possible exceptions and/or reservations. • Providing a typed Detail Orientated report using Flow charts and Run-sheet's outlining vesting language, exceptions or reservations in the chain of ownership over a 150 year period. All reports utilized Microsoft Excel and Word. • Utilizing Meets and Bounds, as well as Greenbrier Graphics, to map out parcels of land.

 Responsibilities included a comprehensive, analytical and detailed search of any Estates, Articles of Lease, Mineral Rights, Right of Ways as well as Oil and Gas Rights related to a plot of land. Expectations for the job required weekly submission of at least 3 completed Titles. This job also required a good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel along with a strong work ethic as an Independent Contractor
