I started my career in permanent tsb as a customer service advisor. I worked as an advisor for 5 years. I then became a coach for the service and sales team and looked after 20-23 agents across both departments each month evaluating their calls and completing one on one training with each of them. I moved to assistant manager then where I managed a team of 16-23 agents and while managing contact centre SLAs I also performance managed my team. I dealt with day to day queries and escalations. I have since moved from the service area and I am currently a sales executive for Hello.ie life insurance brokers.
