In my current role I work in a busy environment with my team supporting all users across our Organisation via email, phone calls and chat system.My team works on support tickets via our Ivanti Service Desk while adhering to the agreed SLAs.I have been heavily involved in account management on Active Directory. I have created users, set passwords and provided access to any shared drives/mailboxes required. There were also Amendments e.g. Changes to Job Title, Manager, Business etc and leavers forms that we had to process accordingly.Day to day we troubleshoot and resolve everyday issues with many applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Ring Central, Windows OS, Provider Enterprise, Ingeus and UniFlow. Building devices remotely while guiding users via phone call have also been required. We also have to look at any Hardware issues with Laptops, Mobile Phones and other Devices the company provided. These issues could involve problems with the Battery, Monitors, Mobile Data/Signal, Internet, Hotspot, Printer/Scanner issues etc.I heavily enjoy my role and what I do and have learnt a great deal.

At the Coop my duties were quite varied and I had allot of responsibilities to ensure the store was running smoothly and efficiently, I also got experience working night shifts during my time there.Duties involved:•Ensuring the delivery is arranged and put out as quickly as possible.•Attending till calls in a quick and professional matter.•Assisting all customer queries on the shop floor. •Check all stock was sellable and reduced accordingly via the sell by dates.•Ensure any stock empty in shelves is stocked from warehouse.•Re-arrange stock for any new products/promotions.•Correctly price products when there are offers.•Take care of any waste following strict regulations and safe disposal.•Ensure the store is tidy and presentable and clear any spillage that could cause injury.•Keep an eye out for shoplifters or behaviour I would find suspicious and then deal with accordingly.•Train and shadow any new member of staff on their first few days so they can get used to the environment and learn from my personal experience with day to day responsibilities.

I was assigned to the Outdoors section in the store.My duties:•Helping take in the delivery's and put the stock out on shop floor in a safe and presentable position.•Help any customers and ask if any assistance was required.•Be prepared for Mystery Shoppers which occasionally visited the store.•Re-arrange the shelving in my area to my managers liking.•Checking all products were priced correctly and labels were presentable.•Go through Bike checks with Customers before purchase and help assist which size would be best depending on child height/age.•Familiarise myself with the other aisles to help any customers if colleagues in charge were already engaged.•Help handle any heavy purchases (e.g. Trampolines) to the customers vehicle.

After I completed my diploma at South Essex College, I decided to do a IT apprenticeship at Dr Byte LTD.My duties involved:•Speaking to Customers both in person and on the phone to diagnose and see what will need to be done to resolve any issues.•When jobs were brought into office I checked the description to see what needed to be done for each customer and proceeded with checks/investigations and rectifications.•Performing Health Checks for customers to clean space and check for Malicious Software/Viruses.Was later made head of Refurbishment and put in charge of a small team to determine the retail value of all equipment to see if any use/value can be brought out.•Took apart faulty donated devices to see if any hardware was of use e.g. Hard Drives, Motherboards, GPU, Processors, Heat Sinks etc.•If any Hardware was in good working order I had to advertise these online to sell.•If there was no further devices to look at I would continue helping with my previous duties.
