Main responsibilities:- Management of a team of 8 people responsible for the Regulatory Reporting of: Equities, Commodities and Listed Derivatives for ESMA, Dodd-Frank (CFTC and SEC), CANADA and FCA jurisdictions;- Project Management on several new regulatory topics;- Creation and Improvement of processes and controls;- Preparation of answers on Queries received from the Regulators and audits;- Management of meetings;- Training of new joiners/team(s)/other;- Development of Personal Development Plans and SMART objectives;- Recruitment and Selection.

- Team leader backup (responsible for managing the team members in the Team leader’s absence);- Trainer of new members in the team.

- Responsible for controlling OTC derivatives submitted to the different regulatory jurisdictions (ESMA, CFTC, FCA and Canada) for the asset classes equity and commodity;- Reconciliations for OTC derivatives which were present in the back office/front office applications verses the OTC derivatives reported to the trade repository (DTCC);- Investigations and monitoring of any breaks caused on the reconciliation as well as monitoring the messages rejected in the trade repository;- Tracking and analyzing the biggest transaction rejections/breaks with the aim to identify the root causes and to constantly communicate with different teams all over the world to solve the rejections/breaks;- Mitigate discrepancies between BNP Paribas’ and the clients reporting; - Project management, data analytics, team management, team work, multinational environment, communication and organization.
