His work spans across a range of public policy programmes across education, economic growth, climate change advocacy, youth empowerment and community empowerment sectors.He has managed projects funded by both local and international organisations. He is currently part of the FCDO funded NNP programme. He was recently part of the management team implementing USAID-funded YESA government project aimed at improving early grade reading in Malawi. Prior to that, I worked as Project Coordinator on EGRA, the precursor to YESA project, which was also aimed at improving early grade reading in Malawi. Further, I have also managed a Firelight Foundation funded project which was aimed at improving education outcomes of vulnerable girls in Malawi. Thus, overall, I have a proven track record working and monitoring education projects in Malawi.
