BPN is a Swiss non-profit foundation encouraging entrepreneurship in emerging economies and developing countries. Assume overall project responsibility and provide technical oversight to SAD’s programmes in Nepal and South Sudan which use sport & play as a tool to facilitate children’s entry into the government school system, to build young people’s skills to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life, employment or entrepreneurship, and promote psychosocial well-being and resilience of women traumatised by civil war and violence. Key responsibility areas:• Explore funding opportunities and write grant proposals for institutional donors and private foundations• Facilitate project conceptualization and planning in conjunction with local partner organisations• Work with local organisations to develop tools and technical skills to implement results-based management, design and run Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems, interpret, document and disseminate M&E data• Capacity building for local partner organisations and staff in the effective use of sport & play in Early Childhood Development (ECD) classes, Non-Formal Education (NFE), Vocational Training (VT), mental health and psychosocial support programming

Responsible for providing technical assistance, managerial oversight and coaching to a team of 30 technical support staff (10 direct and 20+ indirect reports) responsible for funding acquisition, Design, Monitoring & Evaluation (DME) and providing technical advice in the fields of Health, Education, Economic Development, Protection, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) across the World Vision Myanmar country programme. World Vision Myanmar has 850+ staff and an annual budget of more than US$ 20 million.

Provided leadership and technical support on Design, Monitoring & Evaluation (DME) and Project Cycle Management (PCM) across the organization, including managing and supervising a multi-disciplinary team of 10 national and international technical advisors for Food Security, Economic Development, Education, Health, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Child Protection, Design, Monitoring & Evaluation

Strengthened competence of local staff to set up and implement monitoring and evaluation systems in 20 integrated rural development projects across Vietnam. Moreover, I provided project design review services to project and programme staff and successfully submitted project proposals to Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID), the European Commission (EC), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and corporate donors for funding.
