Responsible for the Diagnostics (DX) business in GB&I (>£100m/yr revenue):- Direct and control the planning and reporting processes (budget, forecast, month end closing)- Own all Finance KPIs - P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and FTE reporting to management- Contribute towards strategic business objectives incl. business cases, financial modelling and commercial analysis - Act as proxy for CFO (present business updates, report to mgmt)- Manage and develop a team of Analysts- Drive cost saving initiatives and process improvements incl. digitalisation and automation

Responsible for Finance & Commercial topics for several contracts, providing a Managed Equipment Service (MES) and Value Partnership to NHS trusts over 3-35 year terms. - Full P&L responsibility (budget, forecast, recognition of revenue/costs/orders and balance sheet positions) - Business Partner to Operations teams- Pricing of external customer change requests- Risk & contract management- Project Controlling- Digitalisation Initiatives (PowerBI, Qliksense, KNIME, VBA)Also participated in the “Cockpit” international talent scheme 2020/21 working on an opportunity of strategic importance to the organisation, culminating in a presentation to 250+ including Global Executive Management.

Responsibility for all Operating Expenses (Opex) and Headcount reporting for Healthcare GB&I, including:- Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting of/commentary on Opex and Headcount- Comprehensive controlling activities (allocations, reconciliations, corrections) for Opex cost centres and the balance sheet, particularly around month end closing- Cost centre reviews with all Business Area and Function Heads and other responsible managers to set and review performance against budget- Business Partner to the Support Functions- Co-ordination and recharge of all GB&I Hosted employee costs- Liaising with external auditors for half year and year end audits

Responsible for the 'Infrastructure Projects Southern' (IPS) portfolio of Rail Electrification projects with Network Rail, including:- Billing + cash flow management- Project Controlling (initial set up, cost control, processing orders) - Monthly cost & orders reporting & forecasting- Audit representative
