Dan is what many would call a South Shore poster child, destined for a career in real estate. Growing up in Green Harbor, Dan’s family’s business specialized in the construction of New England reproduction homes on the south shore and Cape Cod. Dan graduated in the top of his class at Marshfield High School in 2002, and continued his education at Boston College. Through high school and college, Dan spent his summer months teaching sailing in Duxbury, while filling his limited free time learning the intricacies of the restaurant industry. Eventually, Dan moved to Martha’s Vineyard where he worked as a Director of Sailing during the day and in food service at night. In 2009, Dan applied his restaurant knowledge and opened his own restaurant in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. Now, after five years of small business entrepreneurship, 10 years of sailing instructing, and 30 years of waterfront living, Dan brings his extensive business experience to the team at Waterfront Realty Group.
