My initial work experience was in retail where I began my career as a Sales Assistant before becoming a Manager. I subsequently moved into the Financial Services industry and a regulated environment. My insurance career began in the AA Ireland Sales team, working on motor, home and commercial insurance. Following this, I moved into the learning and development team in AA Ireland. My passion has always been learning, development, growth and upskilling my colleagues and peers. In 2020, I was promoted to the Learning and Development Supervisor.I have also drafted and delivered professionally accredited training material. Developed an LMS platform with high quality MI reporting. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, driven and passionate about what I do. I’m driven by seeing others grow, develop and succeeding. High standards, collaboration, attention to detail and in-depth knowledge are my key skills.
