As the Director of Communications and eSports for challengermode, my day to day life involves coordination and organization of our mutlitude of tournaments and challenges across multiple games. I manage the Admin team and ensure that the sites users are experiencing the very best we can offer when it comes to service. Along side this i coordinate with the development team and management team to ensure that the company is moving in the right direction when it comes to esports and ensure that the day to day activities are working well and that the future goals of the site are kept to.Along side this I present and cast games for challengermode and other organizations, having cast various games for organizations including WCG, MLG, Riot Games, ESL and of course, challengermode.Ive also done stage presentation work for Dreamhack as well as taken part in presentations for corporate partners around the world
