Senior Materials Control Manager of UK & NI. Managing the warehouse team and stock control.Continuing my roles as bond warehouse shift leader would also involve -• Overseeing weekly extraction provided by supply chain, making any necessary amendments ringing consistency to stock holding. Avoiding excessive or out of stock issues• Investigating stock variances from daily the daily PI• Investigating monthly stock variances • Investigating and resolving invoice queries• Ensuring WMS is up to date on current stock range• Reporting final excise stock losses to the tax team for HRMC• Reporting to HMRC on losses and damages of excise stock • Creating and closing EMCS movements• Maintaining audit trails to comply with HMRC standard in recording all deliveries in and out of the warehouse• Managing the full operation from goods in, the packing of stock and the release of the products ensuring all processes are followed to company standards • Reviewing process failures and implementing preventative measures• Monitor online staff training plans and completion levels• Implement into the business and train users HMRC Track & Trace system
