Dan McMahon is chairman of Wilson Elser. Overseeing Wilson Elser’s Executive Committee and Operations Group, he is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic vision, establishing and enforcing policy, and ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. A highly accomplished trial attorney and law firm executive, Dan built his practice and reputation in Illinois, and then nationally. Dan’s primary focus in legal matters is on complex commercial litigation, professional liability defense, ERISA litigation and insurance coverage cases.
