Daniel has worked as a professional town planner and development manager for the past 30 years, working in various local government arenas, as well as consulting to property developers, architects, Councils and publicly listed companies, demonstrating a broad base of property development, development management and town planning experience. This experience extends to the acquisition, development and marketing of large scale mixed use projects, and as a town planner, in the preparation and assessment of high rise residential buildings, residential aged care facilities, shopping centres, large scale greenfield subdivisions, industrial precincts, tourist resorts, mining projects and public buildings.
