I am a college-educated born and bred New Yorker, who twenty five ago in a fit of drunken pique decided to leave the always too cold and snowy or too hot and humid weather of his home city to follow the sun and a water-born dream and found himself quickly reinvented as a transplanted native Californian.Since my arrival in the west I’ve worked as everything from a Software code writer/engineer/analyst to a high end Cabinet Maker. With multiple artistic and technical stops in the Music, Film and Animation Industries along the way. Now among other things II run a digital print shopAs a voracious reader with a solid literary background I was often asked to write/edit technical articles, white papers and various parts of hard and software manuals. Now for the past three years I’ve been trying to write something a little less dry. Having recently finished my first book (a detective thriller) I am now engaged in trying to find a agent/publisher which is turning out to be more work than writing the book. An avid sailor, surfer and diver I have sailed twice around the world (once in each direction), Competed in two Trans Pac (San Pedro California to Honolulu Hawaii) sailboat races, Surfed all over the world and dove Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, most of the Caribbean and Hawaiian Islands and many other beautiful underwater locals.
