Since March 2022, I have worked as commercial and operations director at Drogalis, a company present for over 50 years in the pharmaceutical sector, offering a complete portfolio of medicines and cosmetics in general. I am responsible for developing and implementing commercial and operational strategies, following the company's goals and objectives, to ensure the continued growth of the business.

For almost a year, I worked as a management consultant at Drogalis, where I was responsible for developing operational and commercial strategies, taking into account the particularities of the business, and contributing to solving problems, creating value, and maximizing growth and operational performance.

As operations and sales manager at Drogalis, I was in charge of a team of 200 employees. I was responsible for leading and carrying out the turnaround in the business units, redesigning store processes, commercial actions, and customer service, and implementing the delivery service flow. I also led the P&L, sales and results projections, market mapping, and dissemination of knowledge about competition and new opportunities.

Since February 2022, I have been working as a business consultant at Improve, a company that offers business management consulting. I am responsible for guiding the organizational development strategy, training, business plan preparation, and project management.

At Pense Farma, a company that is part of the Pense Group, which offers medication, hygiene, and beauty products, I worked as regional manager of retail operations. At that time, I was responsible for the commercial and operational management of the group's stores and for defining and developing goals and processes to fulfill the strategic plan and objectives defined by the board. In addition, I was in charge of controlling routines in the commercial and operational areas and monitoring the financial performance of the units, to ensure the high efficiency of the company's operation.

At Improve, I also worked as a behavioral analyst trainer and retail consultant. I was responsible for identifying customer trends and needs, as well as planning action strategies and project development, to propose improvements in sales processes and obtain the best results from the market.

As Improve's commercial manager, I was responsible for the strategic planning of the area, preparing the business plan, the service cycle, CRM management, prospecting,customer relations, and I was also responsible for the continuous interface with the financial, marketing, and IT areas.

For almost three and a half years, I worked as a regional store groups manager for at Grupo DPSP, one of Brazil's largest retail pharmacy chains. During this period, I managed 35 branches, distributed in 15 municipalities in the interior of São Paulo, and led 35 managers and 88 sub-managers, with 320 indirect subordinates. I was also in charge of target, budget, and control management, KPI analysis, the strategy to ensure the operational efficiency of the stores, execution of the marketing and trade plan, inventory management, and continuous interface with the commercial areas, finance, logistics, marketing, IT, engineering and operations.

Still at the DPSP Group, I also worked as a pharmaceutical manager and was responsible for complying with good dispensing practices. In addition, I was in charge of guiding processes for purchasing, logistical, and selling medicines, seeking the best possible use of the company's human, financial and technological resources.

I started my journey at the DPSP Group as a pharmacist. My responsibilities included pharmaceutical care and assistance, branch management support, training and development of the team for correct dispensing, and guaranteeing health standards.
