- Conduct training activities for Marines in my command to ensure they are always prepared for their own duties and assist in larger training activities as ordered by your commanding officers.- Address the behavior of the Marines in my unit and use Nonjudicial Punishments as necessary according to the Uniform Code of Military Justice. - Coordinate daily training programs over 180 Marines. - Prepare the Marines for combat operations and ensure that the Marines remain in peak physical condition. - Act as mentor and leader for other Marines and provide the Marines with guidance, motivation, and instruction. - Supervise the physical health of the Marines and ensure that the Marines are properly instructed on matters involving personal fitness, health, and financial decision making.- Recommended personnel actions such as hiring's, promotions, and recognitions.
