Temporary position in the newly created innovation cell, directly handling the development of strategic life insurance products for Prudential of Brazil.

Co-responsible for a portfolio of multinational clients, primarily from North America, within the Integrated & Global Solutions (IGS) division, assisting companies’ headquarters on various matters such as retirement, global benefits, mergers & acquisitions, and ESG. In the prospecting of new business in multinational corporations, the IGS division also serves as a gateway and integration vector with other areas of WTW to connect opportunities.

End to end planning and development of life insurance products:• Immersion in both costumer and sales forces journey, as well as in the needs of the insurance company, aiming to solve problems;• Strategic market and viability analysis;• Solutions;• Prototyping and implementation phases;• Project management, coordinating other involved company areas;• Performance tracking and result analysis, with metrics and KPI control;• Executive reports.

• Actuarial management of retirement pension plans regarding local funding valuation and both national and international accounting standards;• Reports with pension plan provisions, guidance and statements;• Studies to verify adherence of biometric, financial and demographic assumptions;• Design of new benefit plans, as well as redesign and harmonization of existing plans.

• Pricing of group and individual life insurances;• Technical support to the commercial team;• Management reports;• Studies/maintenance of policies portfolio aiming at maintaining its technical-actuarial balance.
