Managing, developing, documenting and reporting on the BMC applications used within the business, which are used to assist with the discovery and tracking of Assets, automate Change processes with minimal impact and ensure the smooth running of the ticketing systems between customers and resolving teams.Applications include:> Remedy Action Request System (ARS)> Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) > Atrium Configuration Management Database (CMDB)> Atrium Discovery & Dependency Mapping (ADDM)> Remedy Flashboards> Microsoft SQL Server & Reporting Services------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Duties:> Gather and draft requirement documents, implement process improvement, assist in designing upgrades and changes to system and test functionality.> Scope and develop solutions, or engage a third party to develop applications based on requirements> Install, troubleshoot, configure, customise and implement integrations of all BMC Remedy applications> Develop, organize and maintain standard operational procedures (including regular maintenance requirements) and workflow processes and procedures for BMC Remedy applications> Perform regular maintenance duties to the BMC Remedy applications environment and develop, publish and maintain statistical and management reports------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Most recent projects:Design of a branded Overview console:Pulling together the functions from ITSM and CMDB onto one location, customised to the customers' needs. Linked tables pull up data from customer's history, to linked assets and stats on the teams.
