Below is a list of projects I’ve completed during my time here:- Currently developing taggr, a Java-based application to help users organize and tag the photos they have stored on web-based photography apps. taggr is now a full-stack web application with a front end built in Vue.js that makes API calls to a backend server built with Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.- a boot camp capstone developed with four team members over two weeks using an agile development process with three sprints. Our project was an application for a bakeshop, where customers as anonymous non logged-in users could order various cakes including custom cakes, and employees could work with customer orders and also set availability of cake components and standard cakes for the bakeshop. Our project had its front end built in Vue.js, which made API calls to a backend server built with Java, Spring Booit, and PostgreSQL. I ended up working on both Vue.js as well as the Java back-end, with some minor suggestions for the database schema.- a Java/Spring Boot/PostgreSQL/RESTful API capstone where a partner and I designed and implemented a toy version of Venmo, writing RESTful server-side APIs and consuming them on the client side of a Java app. Error handling and authorization/security were a huge focus of my efforts.- a Java capstone where I and a partner designed and implemented a mock vending machine's software, handling inventory, persistent audit file logging, user input, file i/o, and error handling. Financial Cost Billing Analyst for Kroger in the Deli/Bakery Merchandising. Responsible for maintaining FCB builds and working with category management team to troubleshoot costing issues. Streamlined our current FCB process and developed a new FCB database with Merchandising Services. Managed our Data Refresh Project, a department wide initiative to completely overhaul our item data and standardize assortment.
