As a Chemical Dependency Technician (CDT) I perform a variety of tasks related to direct care of clients with mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders. A typical day includes: ensuring clients receive proper medications, managing conflict between clients, assisting clients to navigate crises, responding to medical emergencies, and listening.

As a warehouse worker I mainly performed manual labor. Responsibilities that translate from being a warehouse worker include: working hard to reach goals while maintaining accuracy, being flexible and responsive to supervisor needs, an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of product distribution, and the ability to operate heavy machinery.

As a front desk supervisor I spent time ensuring the current status of members, greeting anyone who came in, working with computer programs, responding to emergencies, and creating overall member satisfaction.
