Charged with managing the day to day operations of the yard, to include dispatching drivers, and delegating maintenance on our fleet vehicles and rental equipment to include our equipment in the field. Tasked with managing parts acquisition for our maintenance department, and setup department to ensure that our rental equipment is maintained and setup to the best of our ability for our customers.

Worked as the setup supervisor for Blue Tank's Indianapolis branch.Main responsibilities were to ensure each site that our equipment is rented to are setup correctly to ensure that they're operating efficiently, and preventing damage to our equipement. Responsible for supporting development of the Japanese V22 program OCONUS and their associated squadrons. Closely coaching working with their aircrew to mentor them into subject matter experts on the V22 platform to include training, systems knowledge, flight duties, pre-flight inspections, and helping develop their skills as instructors and instructor trainers, to ensure that their community is self-sufficient in flight and preflight inspections. Fully embedded in VMMT-204 while CONUS to maintain currency and acting as a flight and classroom instructor responsible for the training of Navy and Marine Corps enlisted aircrew in several fields to include, systems knowledge, flight profile knowledge, troubleshooting, and all of their required flight duties to perform as an enlisted aircrew member to include their daily and turnaround inspections to ensure each aircraft is air worthy. Certified to perform maintenance inspections by the maintenance department of VMMT-204's quality assurance department.

Performed as the squadron standardization instructor, tasked with maintaining flight standardization of other enlisted aircrew members. Qualified as an instructor to perform duties as a Basic Instructor Crew Chief (BICC), Low Altitude Tactics Instructor (LATI), Night Systems Instructor (NSI), Crew Resource Management Facilitator (CRMF), and one of the squadrons Assistant NATOPS Instructors (ANI). Primary goal as an instructor was to closely assist in developing skills of junior crew members to operate the V22 tactically in a safe and efficient manor. As well as coaching and creating other flight instructors.

Was qualified and worked as a shift's collateral duty inspector to delegate, train, and supervise all MV-22 maintenance that happened within the flight line shop as a shift supervisor and non-commissioned officer in charge. Ensuring that proper and safe maintenance was being performed under me. Qualified and performed the duties of a plane captain to include daily and turnaround inspections prior to all flights to ensure the airworthiness of the squadron's aircraft. Trained and qualified Marines on the aircraft's auxiliary power unit, blade fold wing stow, and to become plane captains themselves. Conducted countless hours of on the job training to ensure that the next generation of maintainers and maintenance supervisors would be properly trained and ready for their responsibilities within their respective positions.
