My role as a Relationship Manager involves liaising with clients on a daily basis, ensuring that the implementation of FE products and services is delivered to existing clients.One of the key aspects to my role is liaising with clients about their business needs and how FE services are used within their current business process. Part of my role is to ensure that our services are being used in the best possible way whilst identifying additional products and services that may be of assistance to clients within their business. In addition I am a point of contact for my clients in the assistance of problem solving and assisting in communication with the different teams within FE.
