• Manage the GIS program for the Illinois Tollway’s Tri-County Access project, as a consultant for the Illinois Tollway with Knight E/A. • Provide GIS support for the Tri-County Access project team which includes Knight E/A, Jacobs Engineering, and six additional sub-consultants which make up the project team.• Acquire all project GIS data through numerous methods and sources, organize, normalize, and maintain the data for use for the project team.• Create exhibits and generate statistics through GIS analysis for all internal and public meetings, documents, reports, and presentations.• Develop and maintain an online web map portal and data depository featuring numerous data layers, web map applications, and Collector projects.• Produce GIS impact analysis reports for the project’s Engineering and Environmental teams.• Facilitate the mapping exhibit at all Tri-County Access Public Involvement meetings.• Use GIS to develop detailed workflows converting TransCAD and EMME traffic modeling data into a customized tabular output for the Traffic Modeling team.

Managed the day to day operations of the GIS program by providing GIS consulting services to six members of the GIS Consortium: Bensenville (2016-2017), Crystal Lake (2015-2017), Park Ridge (2012-2016), Glen Ellyn (2013-2015), Des Plaines (2012-2013), and Lincolnwood (2012-2013). • Led the advancement of the GIS program in all community departments by collaborating with Public Works, Engineering, Forestry, Community Development, Finance, Fire, Police, and Recreation. • Created and maintained GIS datasets using ArcGIS including addresses, streets, and utility systems.• Developed and managed Collector projects and ArcGIS Online web maps for community interns and staff.• Produced ArcGIS Online story maps focused on construction projects, community events, and local amenities.• Developed content and presented ongoing GIS projects at a monthly GIS Committee meeting in Crystal Lake.• Worked on a variety of teams to share GIS projects and ideas across the GIS Consortium communities through webinars, blog articles, and conferences.
