As an experienced Food & Beverage professional with almost 20 years in the industry, I have had the privilege of serving as an assistant for 8 years, followed by an additional 8 years as a successful General Manager, including opening a new store as the GM. My skills are extensive and include supervision, staff training and development both on and off site, as well as the hiring, discipline, and performance appraisals of both full-time and part-time employees. I am also adept in customer service, scheduling, and timekeeping record keeping.Managing inventory and warehouse operations of multiple locations is another of my strengths, including compliance with state and federal regulations. I have also excelled in balancing budgets, controlling COGS, EBITA, and Prime Cost while maintaining the highest level of customer service. As an organized and detail-oriented individual, I have taken pride in maintaining accurate bookkeeping procedures for my store and assisting other establishments with theirs.I strive to create an environment in which my staff and customers feel valued and appreciated. My goal is to produce hard-working, team-oriented, and productive employees who will continue to thrive both while working with me and beyond. There are a few key slogans that have been instrumental in my success, such as "you can never do too much, but you can always do too little" when correcting mistakes and "you are either sorry or not" when apologizing.
