Implement portfolio management and market research in the healthcare payer market segment focusing on internal clients. Create understanding of the customer and their needs and manage sales pipeline reporting. Synthesize data to identify growth opportunities. Partner directly with clients to facilitate sales and increase value. • Create process for using Salesforce to manage sales pipeline to show progress and steps needed to reach goals. • Create understanding of customer and identify customer needs with customer profiles using primary and secondary research. • Collect information from multiple sources across the organization to create opportunity matrix of product vs. customer promoting common understanding of growth opportunities. • Bring knowledge of product and customer to build a database to house and distribute complex information on products and customers. Work with database architect to construct user friendly tableau-based reports to display growth opportunities across multiple teams. • Identify revenue opportunities with database analysis showing where services can expand to deliver value to client and revenue to Optum Insight. • Engage with domestic and international clients utilizing both product and client knowledge to match client needs with solutions.
