Practice Administrator
Current• Responsible for strategic planning of long-term projects for the practice, leading to increased efficiency and overall growth.• Analyze staffing needs and heavily involved in talent acquisition process from initial resume screening to final in-person interview. • Serves as an HR resource for staff when situations arise.• Conducts regular touch-point meetings with different departments to optimize policies and procedures.• Point-of-contact for vendors working with the practice. • Serves as Security Officer by working with IT vendor to conduct annual security risk analysis. • Responsible for monitoring, updating and submitting clinical data regarding MIPS reporting on an annual basis.• Research, contact and work with potential vendors who offer products that can increase overall efficiency and productivity of the practice.• Initiate, monitor and complete the insurance credentialing process for new providers joining the practice.• Monitor office supply inventory and place monthly orders for both office locations.• Schedule monthly practice-wide meetings and work with other departments to organize meeting agendas.
