Restaurant Manager
CurrentI am responsible for the every day operations of my Pizza Hut restaurant. This includes following standards set out by Pizza hut and driving my team to be the best they can be every day. I also drive my management teams to follow our goals for the current week to meet the highest possible standards consistently on a day to day bases. I review my restaurants performance thoroughly and look at what is the best way forward for us to succeed as a team. This also involves regular management meetings and documented conversations with team members. I also take a lot of pride in making sure I develop my team members along the way. This may be something simple as daily coaching or as advanced as training a team member into a manager.Since my time as a general manager I have trained external general managers starting with Pizza Hut and passed on my experience to them. My restaurant has also been used to trial new standards and products for them then to be rolled out nationally at a later date. I have also helped with a new labour system which no one else in the company had seen before. This involved working closely with Pizza Hut leaders and the IT department, giving proactive feedback to move the system forward. My main passion is ensuring my guests are well looked after and are treated like friends. Giving them an experience they will remember.
