Current- Manage grant reporting and data collection for JFF’s four dual-enrollment focused US DoE EIR grants, including redesigning our approach to data collection to streamline survey. Work with grant leads to develop a data-informed coaching strategy.- Develops contracts, scopes of work, and budget and invoicing templates for EIR grantees.- Contribute to strategy via attendance at regular team meetings, as well as organizing and leading a cross-cutting, professional development focused monthly meeting for EIR grant leads.- Assist in the development of a cross-cutting EIR dual enrollment communications strategy, including regular editorial support, drafting of written materials, and co-supervising a coordinator who liases with our communications department and develops publication timelines.- Co-develop online communities of practice for the San Antonio Ready to Work project, including design of agendas, power point decks, and online collaboration boards (Miro), as well as resulting actionable memos on CoP learnings shared with the San Antonio Workforce Development Office. Topics have included human-centered design, case management, and employer engagement.- Conduct site visits and field interviews for three P-TECH schools. Co-design and review of a unified assessment memo template for use of other P-TECH coaches, and audience of school leadership and IBM.
