​Individual will be the face to our customers and will work closely with the Advanced Systems Sales Team. This role will assist with the equipment development process from conception to installation for each customer. This position will provide training for the key processes and procedures for each new Advanced System as they are rolled out to our sales teams and customers. As the sales of Advanced Systems increase, this role also will be one of the key drivers in setting up end users and helping to execute our strategy with Advanced Systems.

Partner with sales to analyze customer situations and provide technical sales support and guidance to ensure that effective technical solutions are developed which fulfill the client's requirements. Provide distributor and customer equipment solution training.

Assisted in Field-Level Modifications, Time Compliance Technical Data (TCTD) maintenance activities. Maintained and updated aircraft records and status using Autonomous Logistics Information System (ALIS).
