Manage relationships with Co-packers and Suppliers by working with them to better the synergies between the organizations.

 Responsible for coordinating the supply chain for more than 1800 raw materials spread across categories like chemicals, natural essential oils, sweeteners, carriers, spices etc. Monitoring the purchase process for cost efficiency, supply efficiency using various indices and global reporting of the site performances. Responsible for vendor development and product development – Played a key role in the development and stabilization of raw materials for Givaudan’s savoury business in India. Support for market intelligence, supply chain performance and vendor relationship management for raw materials sourced globally by Givaudan from India.  Development of new packing material as per customer requirements and supporting global cost saving efforts.

 Responsible for spices procurement for VKL’s Spice, Seasoning and Private Label businesses. Exposure to commodities trading (futures) activities for major spices like Pepper, Turmeric etc. Field level crop surveys to predict annual crop outputs and price trends. Act as Knowledge source for product and market information to both internal and external customers.
