• Provide strategic direction to office, dispatch, and warehouse teams. Oversee the coordination of tasting room activities, manage the logistics of orders and deliveries, and organize trade events and product demonstrations.• Introduce and enforce new operational policies and procedures. Manage warehouse logistics, including space utilization and inventory organization. Compile and maintain brand books that highlight current products and services.• Design a cocktail menu including recipes and cost analysis for the Sales Team.• Direct sales initiatives for casino resort accounts, fostering enduring partnerships with key account managers and buyers.• Work closely with clients to align with their strategic visions and operational requirements, creating bespoke products and promotional offers to enhance guest experiences and influence purchasing trends.• Lead the research and development of new spirits and wines tailored for the Las Vegas market. Partner with suppliers to enhance brand support and orchestrate successful product launches for both on-premise and off-premise markets.• Drive revenue by securing product placements in major account beverage programs, with a focus on high-volume casino environments.• Support the integration of new suppliers, manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and ensure compliance with legal documentation.• Contribute to the creation of strategic proposals and presentations for potential acquisitions.• Assist in defining transition goals and strategies, ensuring alignment with both the exiting owner's objectives and the company's future operational needs.
