Provided service to a varied range of clientele including corporate clients, military groups, charities, wedding parties, and private members of the club. My responsibilities included; opening and setting up multiple bars in preparation for service, managing full teams of bar and FOH staff, preparing for day-to-day food and beverage service, assisting with planning and managing the execution of private events, resolving client issues and implementing feedback, managing spend, stock, and wastage, bartending, waiting tables, operating barista machines, as well as cleaning and shutting down bars, then activating security systems when locking down the club.
