Secondment to the company's manning office in Southampton to arrange simulator training courses for all deck and technical officers at the Centre for Simulator Maritime Training (CSMART).Compiling monthly training reviews for Maritime Quality Assurance to ensure specified targets are reached and maintained.Liaising with deck officer cadets to monitor progress, providing support as required, particularly with regard to the upkeep and completion of MNTB training record books.Administering the Study Leave program to provide assistance and support to officer's working towards upgrading their certificates of competency and subsequent promotions.
