Daniel has over 9 years of practical, design engineering and customer service experience in the transportation and customer service industries. From working with the internationally recognised engineering company, Wrights Group, he has gained invaluable experience in the design and implementation of modular coach body assemblies, built upon diesel, HEV and fuel cell power transfer on light weight chassis. Being assigned to the Engineering and Customcare teams at Wrights, has allowed him to develop exceptional technical, verbal and written communication skills, as well as working effectively as part of a team. From continually liaising with local and international customers on a regular basis, Daniel has developed a strong awareness of international communication, and language levelling when necessary. In addition to Daniel’s primary job, Daniel has warranted an extensive customer service repertoire in the Customcare aftersales department, by performing technical support to various customers within the bus industry.
