As the Managing Director of Warner Chappell Music in Colombia and Ecuador, I was responsible for driving the company’s business development and success through the implementation of strategic, short, medium and long-term plans. In my role within the company, I participated in music publishers associations, communicated with Public Performance Societies and led agreements with writers, producers, artists and different companies within the audiovisual and advertising industries.

As the A&R & Sync Director at Warner Chappell Music, I had the unique opportunity to discover and sign some of the industry's most talented artists, such as Piso 21, Vicente García, Lalo Ebratt of Trapical Minds, Santiago Cruz and Juan Pablo Vega, among many others. My A&R experience includes organizing two international songwriting camps with over 60 writers and composers. Additionally, I was responsible for promoting Warner Chappell's catalog in audiovisual productions and advertising campaigns with well-known national and international brands and companies such as Falabella, General Motors, and Águila. My experience in the music industry and promoting content has allowed me to have a unique and valuable perspective in identifying and developing new talent.

During my time at Produccion Aparte, a content marketing agency specialized in video production and social media strategies, I was in charge of business relationships and successfully increased revenues by over 30% year-over-year. Additionally, I effectively oversaw operational processes related to communication between the agency and its clients, working with major organizations such as Adidas, Falabella, Alpina, General Motors, UN and Unilever.
