Most recently HR uplift Projects in People divisions. • Financial Management across multiple projects at one time, duties include accurate forecasting and scheduling of project financials and providing incites to Program Manager & GM on costs & budget. Data analysis of monthly finance actuals and identify and clearly define & explain variances. • Significantly improved project financial performance to enable projects to be delivered on budget with variances being kept within 5% and actively participated in PMO process refinement, capability uplift and mentoring• Scheduling of projects using Project management tools & templates.• Implemented the end to end creation and close of several projects, creating WBS elements including AUR Capex/Opex set up of projects as well as Clarity creation and PPM.• Created Project Advisory packs for fortnightly key stakeholder meetings, including key accomplishments, upcoming activities, key risks and issues and financial summary. • Proactively managing the Risks/Issues/Dependencies and Change Requests (RICDs) in PPM/Clarity and extracting for reporting purposes.• Performing Metrics analysis on resources and presenting these findings to Senior leaders.
