• Maintain and enforce a safe working environment for the project• Project planning and scheduling with consideration of cost controls• Management of all crews and subcontractors to maintain a smooth flowing project• Resolve any concerns with owner including but not limited to construction methods, design, and contract negotiations• Analyze and review cost reports and schedules monthly• Develope budgets, schedules, and change orders• Participate in estimating for future projects
