I provide upper level technical support for DocsCorp software, directly to the company’s client base and through sales and support partners. As part of this, I am responsible for installation/deployment support of DocsCorp software on Windows workstations and Citrix / Terminal servers along with providing administrative product training.The customers we support range from large multinational companies to small businesses, requiring different approaches to support and training to take into account the diverse systems in use.

Working with a number of clients, I produce a range of software from multi-user document storage and delivery platforms to statistical analysis systems for used car sales, supporting 50+ dealers, 100,000+ vehicles per year and multiple languages on a per-user basis.I have experience working with HTML4/5, XHTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL and SQLite, as well as working with platforms such as Wordpress and Drupal.For some of the sites I produce, I also manage the web servers. At present I manage systems on Windows 2003 and 2008 with IIS/ASP and WAMP, Cpanel and custom made Ubuntu LAMP servers.

Working as part of a small team, I provide support to around 150 users. Responsibilities include hardware and software support (Windows desktop and server, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, Document Management Systems, Winscribe, specialist and bespoke legal software) both at the desk and remote.I also manage and maintain the company web server, and provide custom development work on the website. Working with the Marketing team, I advise and assist on SEO and other digital communications systems, such as email template design and delivery.
