Medical• Participate in department meetings to communicate and ensure all aspects of the CCFP information technology and medical equipment of the re-certification class was scheduled, prepared for each class scenario day. • Assisted in creation of custom scenarios to be used as class instruction. Scenarios were modules within the Laerdal application that allow editing of scenarios for student instruction. • Support customers Hi Fidelity Laerdal manikins to include SimMan, SimMom and to include infants. • Preventive maintenance performed on manikins included exterior cleaning, interior flushing of manikin tubing, replacement of limbs/appendage limbs and firmware upgrades.• Schedule with vendor return material authorization of manikins when required.• Record scenarios for After Action Review (AAR). Scenarios recordings included video, audio and Laerdal LLEEP application patient data created by the instructor and students. • Setup classroom environment to included manikin, tablets (IT), Bio-Med equipment for specific scenario, per day. Provide for efficient system operation, including total throughput, computer use, peripheral operation, and application performance statistics for both production and development systems• Install/Uninstall server side software as required by development or database team• Manage DoD Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), obtain system certificates and install/implement DoD PKI initiatives on all systems• Maintain a security program for the protection of systems hardware, software, and data including maintenance of policies, procedures, and guidelines to direct and carry out the objectives established by the security program• Work to reduce all risks to directorate computer resources, and investigate security breaches; and ensure that the security program meet all corporate and government regulatory requirements (DoDi-8500.00)• Manage and install patches from vendors and DoD• Deploy systems including all phases of hardware and software upgrades, cost analysis, obtain vendor quotes and develop installation and implementation plans• Advise customer leadership on cost, time and effort requirements and associated facility requirements, i.e. power, space and cooling• Evaluate potential future hardware and software solutions to include feasibility studies, cost analysis, prototype design and testing and implementation analysis for Information Technology Branch leadership.• System administration including: software distribution and management, TCP/IP, Active Directory, Domain Name Service (DNS), Windows Inter4net Naming Service (WINS), Remote Desktop, browsers, backup and recovery, desktop and server environments in a multi-user, multi-architecture, multi-site configuration, security protocols such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), and some Hypertext Markup Language (HTML)• Analyze metrics and perform trend analysis of total system usage to identify potential risk, or upcoming issues
